Exchange policy

• Please check the accuracy of the policies and conditions before ordering every time.

• In the event that the product becomes unusable due to continuous errors from the store, the shop will exchange the product without additional fees.

• In the event that the product received by the customer has to contain details that the store has displayed, the store is happy to accept the product within 3 days from the time the customer receives the product with the following reputation

- Products that will be exchanged must not be used before.

- Customers must notify the store of the reason of the product change.

- Products that have been exchanged must go through the inspection process before being changed.

- The store will accept products received by the customer within 3 days. If more than that day, the store reserves the right to not exchange.

- Customers must acknowledge that any products they bought from this store were prepared by certain developers which are not related to the store. Should a product does not work correctly, the customer must get in contact with its developer directly.

 

Refund policy

• The shop will give a full refund to the customer in the event that the shop is unable to deliver the product ordered by the customer

• In the event that the product is unable to use with continuous errors from the store, the store will receive a return of the product, with the customer able to notify the shop for immediate action.

• In the event that the product received by the customer has to contain details that the store has displayed, the store is happy to return the product within 3 days from the customer receiving the product with the following reputation

- Products to be returned must not be used before.

- Customers must notify the store of the reason for returning the product.

- Products that are returned must go through a review process before they can be refunded.

- The store will receive the return of the products received by the customer within 3 days. If more than the said date, the store reserves the right to not return the products.

• Customers can choose to receive an account balance on the website or refund via the payment method received.

• In case of refund, the store will return the money through the payment method we received the money from. Customers may not ask the store to return the money to other payment channel.
